I had a rough start to my day before grabbing lunch at Sumo Salad in Carillion City. The salads looked incredibly fresh and I was helped by a kind woman named Zurah. Painful experience, painful service and pitiful food at Carousel Shopping Mall Franchise. My salad was prepared by the Asian background type and there was nothing except salad not a chicken at all. He deliberately chose the salad under the chicken. You definitely lost a customer. Only a proposal teach ur staff to accept errors and apologies there. View all feedback.
Such a small portion size! Hardly filled up the box literally only got a few leaves of one of the choices. Pretty disappointing compared to the other outlets.
It's a shame that chains like this just can't manage to hold a consistently good product. Some days I love it, some days I hate it. Overall it could be so much better.
I have not tried their salads, but I would like to write this review to appreciate that their squeezed juices are not expensive as other places. most places selling squeezed juices serve and that is ridiculously overpriced. I understand that there are many nutrients in the juices and that they make these drinks with fresh fruit, but they still have to consider the fact that they do not sell waste-filled juices of juice, each portion is over sumo salad selling their squeezed juices for a bottle, so I would definitely recommend to get their juices from them if they ever feel like a freshly squeezed juice.
I got a fortifying salad here, and got served quickly. My companion has to wait quite a long time for a wrap. Good food.
The only drawback is that the portion sizes seem to be decreasing. Even their largest portion, priced at $12.95, is only average in size. The regular portion, priced at $10.95, is small, and the small portion is not worth the cost.
