Despi... read more This restaurant consistently fails to follow instructions for online orders. This has happened multiple times, with the most recent being the fourth time. Despite requesting in bold to have items cut in half and packed separately, the staff has never complied. Additionally, there have been long delays in preparing orders. On one occasion, I arrived 2 minutes after my pick-up time only to find out they had not even started making my order. I was disappointed to find my veggie patty was untoasted when I specifically asked for it to be toasted. Overall, the service was terrible and I do not recommend this restaurant.

They overcharged my friend and me, and when I asked for a new footlong box, I was completely ignored. The takeout meal for dinner cost between A$40-60 per person. The food was rated a 2, while the service and atmosphere were both rated a 1.
