Silverkris Lounge - Perth
Silverkris Lounge
Description
Qantas Lounge serves as a relaxed, well-stocked pre-flight refuge with free Wi‑Fi, showers, magazines and a generous self‑service bar. A mix of hot dishes, salads, cheese boards and snacks pairs with large couches and generally friendly staff, making it popular with business travelers, families and frequent flyers. Peak-time crowding, limited seating and occasional opening/front‑desk hiccups temper the experience, and the space could benefit from a light refurbishment to lift its luxury feel.

I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff at the entrance, which was a refreshing change after the chaotic exit process. The club is a solid choice, providing exactly what you would expect from QANTAS. It's definitely on par with the best lounges on the East Coast... except for Brisbane! I definitely plan to return frequently!
The beauty of dating a FIFO worker, the Qantas lounge entry, with two hours to kill where better then in a separate a lot quieter place, filled with WiFi, free beverages, depending on the time all you can eat and nothing is better then hot showers for those uncomfortably long stop overs.
Not a bad lounge from Qantas. They offer a decent selection of wine and spirits at the self-service bar. In terms of food, there is a reasonable variety, including hot dishes like curry and soup, a salad bar, a toast station, and cheese boards. They also have a great selection of magazines and free Wi-Fi. I particularly appreciate the large couches available for relaxation, if you’re lucky enough to grab one. The ambiance is quite relaxing, but a refurbishment could enhance the luxury feel, similar to what Middle Eastern carriers often achieve.
The international business lounge truly sets a positive tone for the trip. There’s plenty of complimentary food of good quality, and drinks—including beer, wine, and spirits—are also free. The staff were helpful in keeping the kids entertained, and there was ample space to relax. Additionally, the staff members were very friendly.
