Got the shakshouka from the Inglewood night markets, and ordered the moroccan combo, which was the chicken, egg and tomato sugo, couscous, bread and harissa dip for $15. The tomato sugo was so rich and when dipped with the bread, delicious. The egg went hard with the heat of the sugo but it was still well cooked.
The chicken was delicious! I devoured the flavoursome chicken meat with the cous cous and tomato sugo.... View all feedback.

This food truck always has a huge line outside so I knew I had to try it. Wonderful Moroccan flavours, fluffy cous cous, delicious gooey egg, tender spiced chicken served with bread - this was truly delicious. I've traveled to Morocco so know how good Moroccan food can be. These guys don't disappoint. Yum! lifelovetravelfood.wordpress.com
It must have been at least 10 years ago that I first had Rikki Kaspar's shak-shuka when she owned Blake's Cafe in North Perth and it was as good on Saturday at the Subi Markets as it was then. Rich tomatoey sauce, spicy chorizo and gooey eggs all mopped up with baguette - what more could you ask for...except maybe more!
I like the market scene especially when I saw how families come together to enjoy the sun and sharing some good food. Last week hubby and I went for another trip to Green Grower's Market. When I went there three weeks ago, I really wanted to try a plate of the Shakshuka combo specifically after watching how quickly the guy cracked a numerous amount of eggs professionally and served the food order. I ordered a plate of Shakshuka combo to be shared but I will order one for myself next time! The dish comes with couscous, organic baguette, poached eggs, chorizo, and homemade spicy harissa dip. It was really delicious and has a bit of spiciness in it. I love the combination of flavours and I received perfectly cooked poached eggs that morning! So excited and will go back for another meal next time. inexology.com
