What Оксана Микитюк doesn't like about Red Opium:
Pleasant enough just wildly overpriced for the quality of the offering. On a positive note, the menu was interesting, if somewhat limited ... the service was reasonable, if somewhat lacking in personality ... the food offering was asian fusion, read: a little bit of this with a little of that, bland. I get better quality from my local takeaway at a tenth of the cost. I would not recommend to anyone especially a visit... View all feedback. What Mike A likes about Red Opium:
Red Opium has long been a favourite of ours so we returned for a double birthday get together for eight. Two serves of several sensational dishes later everyone was oohing and aahing at what they'd just scoffed. The bill is always a pleasant surprise too, with BYO making everything that big chunk cheaper. Thanks to all at Red Opium. And to everyone else out there, just get into it. You will NOT be disappointed. View all feedback.

Food was amazing! Staff very friendly! The atmosphere was great! It's gonna be okay.
Red Opium, located in the CBD, offers Thai-inspired cuisine in a unique setting with subdued lighting and comfortable bench seating. The menu, though somewhat limited, features delicious and tasty dishes served quickly. While some found the prices to be high for the quality, others considered it worth the cost for authentic and satisfying Thai food. With BYO wine option and friendly staff, the overall experience was enjoyable. However, some felt that the servings were small for the price. Despite some mixed reviews, many patrons praised the flavorful dishes, particularly the wagyu and prawn. Overall, Red Opium seems to be a solid choice for those looking for modern Thai food in a cozy atmosphere, perfect for special occasions or casual dining.
