This little gem is tucked down the stairs from the beer corner and is absolutely stunning.

My wife and I turned up for drinks and nibbles, had a lovely evening, very nice wine and delicious food. The food was a little slow (the kitchen was very busy), but staff were very attentive and the wine was great. Highly recommended.
LOVED it. Dined on opening weekend, tables were well spaced out. The service was lovely but not overbearing. food was outstanding. The dessert a massive highlight. We had a aperitif in the wine bar and being able to take my drink over was lovely. I thought all the dishes were 10 out of 10 - including the cheese plate, aside from the beef shin which i (and my dinner companions) found too fatty and poor mouth feel. In addition to the shin, we had oysters, tartare, kingfish, parfait, chicken and sides. My dessert was a peanut butter mousse with a salted caramel something-a-rather with meringue and brittle. it was spec-tac-u-lar.
Please take my money! We were one of two tables there having a glass of wine and decided to have a second glass but they told us they had closed at 11 pm and we couldn't have another one. It was 11:05. They didn't think to tell us?! Were they too busy with the two tables? I had to beg for them to take my money and sell us another drink which they eventually did. A high end hotel complex like this needs high end staff who want to give its customers really great service. That's not what we experienced.
