the dame had a “I cannot be harassed with them” attitude, abrupt response. then I found meat in my nudelsuppe! updated by previous review on 2021-05-18 updated by previous review on 2021-05-18 View all feedback.
I came across this place when I was looking for Vietnamese restaurants with vegan options, and this place grabbed my attention as they had many non-meat options, and that it was quite close to home. I came here with my S.o and I ordered the Ph-hardware while she got the Roast-Pork salad bowl. we also ordered the tofu bao, bbq pork bao, and the pork bao, as my s.o is obsessed with bao and will get her hand on some if she has the chance (our freeze cabinet is always on frozen bao on camp). After eating we came to the conclusion that eating was really very good! the Ph-Hard was delicious, so was the baby, but the ding that surprised me was the noodle salad my S.o ordered! I had a taste and it brought me back to the day when I was a child who had with my parents in hanoi vacation, where at several places we would visit these dame that did not have a restaurant, just some stones on the side of the road and did all their cooking on the floor. I would always get the nudelsalat as it was so delicious, and when I had a taste of the one we got at papa, I was mesmerized. so delicious that we ordered from papa the second time, I got the nudelsalat. definitely recommend this restaurant, and on any case recommend the pork salad noodle bowl!

The waitress displayed a dismissive attitude with quick and abrupt responses. To make matters worse, I discovered a piece of meat in my noodle soup.
I stumbled upon this restaurant while searching for Vietnamese eateries with vegan options, and was drawn to it because of its variety of non-meat dishes and its proximity to my home. I visited with my significant other and ordered the Phở, while she opted for the Roast Pork Salad Noodle Bowl. We also tried the Tofu Bao, BBQ Pork Bao, and Roast Pork Bao, as my partner has a fondness for bao buns and always seizes the opportunity to enjoy them (we even keep our freezer stocked with frozen bao). After trying our dishes, we both agreed that the food was excellent! The Phở was delicious, as were the bao, but what really impressed me was the Noodle Salad my partner ordered. One bite transported me back to my childhood days vacationing in Hanoi with my parents, where we would often visit a street vendor who cooked all her meals on the ground. I always ordered the Noodle Salad from her because it was so flavorful, and the version we had at Papa's was equally as delightful. I was so captivated by the dish that on our next visit to the restaurant, I chose to order the Noodle Salad myself. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially the Roast Pork Salad Noodle Bowl!
I ordered pork with egg noodles and grilled pork with a sweet salad from this restaurant through Menulog. They sent me overcooked, burnt pork that is likely to give us food poisoning. I may need to report this to the Department of Health WA as per the Food Act 2008.
