I ordered several dishes here with a friend but nothing good. All the meat are soooooo sweet, and the BBQ does not come with green vegetables; The kimchi is not spicy at all; The soybean soup looks like kimchi soup. Will never back again!

Came in around 730 to the Northbridge branch, stood there for 10minutes waiting to get attended to but nooo we got ignored. Until the chef came out to switch something on and told us to take a seat. Waited 30mins to get a seat... there were empty tables full of dishes but they didn’t bother to clean for 20mins after customers left. Wasn’t until my friend reminded the waitress how long we were waiting they proceed to clear the table. The staff obviously forgot we were waiting. Wth?! Even though the food came out quickly, getting their attention to change the gas was a pain in the butt... took over an hour to cook few pieces of pork. Asked to change our hot plate because it was burnt, they were so careless when holding the plates, nearly burning my friend by putting it in his face. They could’ve held it to the other side where no one was sitting, poor guy had to dodge it a few times as it got closer to his face. Watch where you’re swinging a hot plate full of oil, which splattered over him too! Full house but you have two staff members working on the floor?! The waitress working was so unmotivated and judging by her face she didn’t even want to be there. Asked for a few items, she seemed irritated and zoned out. Management probably won’t even read this or even care but maybe you should look into hiring more and better staff that actually want to work and not dopey unmotivated people. I went a few weeks ago and asked for a seat, all the waitress said to me was “long wait long wait”, I asked how long would we be waiting for cause we didn’t mind waiting, her answer was “long wait long wait”. After this experience I’ll probably wont return. I didn’t come to a korean restaurant to waste nearly 3 hours of my life sitting around waiting and to get ignored.

The food was okay. The meats were quite sweet and the kimchi pancake was very bland, no spice or taste to it at all. Not enough sides and greens where given for a group our size. Service was greatly lacking. Not sure if they were just understaffed on the night but it was almost impossible to get any servers to our table. The flame on our grill went off(empty gas cylinder) and it was so difficult to get any servers to relight it for us after trying to call one to our table several times. Twice we had to get up and search for someone to come to our table. The same goes when trying to order extra drinks or food to our table. We were not offered any tap water on our table which I thought was standard. Given that our group paid a $200 bill, service was not up to standard with other Korean bbq places we’ve been to around Perth.

I was having bbq on Saturday night and it was absolutely terrible experience I ever had. The service was very poor, staff wasn’t really paying any attention when I wanted to ordered and was yelling at me while they took my order. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, REALLY BAD SERVICE!!
