What User doesn't like about Pachi Pachi Modern Asian Cafe:
My partner and I went and were excited to try the food there. It looked nice online.Unfortunately when we came in we were treated quite rude by the staff, no “hello” or “welcome” just “sit in the corner”. The restaurant was empty and not busy at all so there was no excuse for being rude like this. It actually ruined our mood so much we didn’t eat there and left. View all feedback.

Great service, great portion sizes (at least two meals per dish), nice atmosphere. Very conveniently located. They have a separate vegan menu and can do a lot of their meals gluten free. We made a large group booking through google maps and it all went very smoothly. Food was served quickly to the whole table very quickly after we all ordered. Drinks, like rose Bandung, can also be made vegan. Highly recommend.
We came 10.20pm for dine in. We are regular with an amazing service for the afternoon staffs and we came from a 1hour+ drive. We walked in and absolutely ignored. We sat down and waited for 20+ min we thought it’s busy we will just wait and we took the menu on our own. We sat and still waited for service Then 20 min later a lady told us we have to order at the counter. We have serviced at the table normally. She could’ve at least told us the moment we walked through the door that we have to order at the counter. We were just ignored totally.
Poor service with staff showing an unhappy expression . Music remained loud despite asking them to lower the volume.
Friday in Pachi Pachi. Good job, Jenny-Lynn. I was happy to see so many of my faves on the Asian merger...
