I had the Supremo All In Burger and it was in a nice crusty Portuguese roll, the filling of the roll tasted great and the service in the restaurant was friendly and fast. I don't think I've ever had an order from this place that was all correct. Ingredients missing from burgers on multiple occasions, pita instead of burger, wrong basting and then tonight I actually watched the cashier put THREE wrong items in the system, AS I SAID THEM. Meal was great, though the manager got the order wrong, both the meal and forgot the peri salt. I Asked for an exchange, he proceeded to tell me that’s what I ordered, but it’s the same meal I eat weekly for my cheat meal for the past year or so. But he answered the phone in the middle of taking my order so probably explains it. I Didn’t appreciate him blaming me for his mistake in front of staff made it really awkward to sit down and eat my meal.
Although staff member was friendly. I'm assuming manager, was preparing food and serving food in a dress and heels and hair not tied up very well. , not a very good look as this doesn't say much for there food safety or there uniform standards, not very professional.
As good as any Nando's out there! Kudos to the friendly staff who was polite and gave us lots of basting making the nice chicken ultra nice! Tried the paella too (chicken chopped on top of yellow rice) which was quiet pricey at $11.95 but tasted so so only should have just sticked with their ultra nice chicken!
I made a huge order for my team in east vic park from nando and they not only delivered great meals in time, but they ensured that my order was correct. I even had something wrong and had to change the order a few times and. they were polite and adaptable to help me that all in my team had their meal. it came hot and delicious. Thank you!
I have eaten many paints in nandos over the years and today I have had the worst eating ever largely due to a stale Hamburger bung. Normally they will find that a bad meal is the result of a series of factors that begin at the administration. I discovered that nandos gets his buns frozen. then microwave the rolls to defy them. this process is determined by someone outside the restaurant. the restaurant managers simply follow the instructions, although it is known to be a seriously bad procedure. if they do not follow the rules, they are likely to be fired. imagine when there was a rule to keep milk out of the refrigerator. will you have followed? what would you do to the person who made such a stupid rule? I'd fire her.
