Mcdonald's - Perth

Mama and I thought here was a simple coffee, we ordered immediately in caffe, which was not a problem, but it was impossible to find a clean area to sit. there were müll and eat on each table and bins were overcrowded. we complained to the whale of a manager who asked the only girl (skinny) who served a long line of customers to walk and clean the place and then the manager went laughing with like 5 other obese staff while the customers waited to be served. this poor girl cleanses all the tables, floor and picks up mull. it's terrible!

It was a busy school vacation. The staff was great and the facilities were very clean. The food was great. No complaints.

Incompetent employees cannot even read the correct ordering information. Drink half empty, warm without ice. Ice melted because they were left on the seat...

The restaurant consistently forgets to include the side of chips in the bag with the meals. The employees are rude and lack customer service skills. When I tried to ask for assistance, I was met with a very rude response and the employee acted as if she did not care. I was also sent through the drive-thru twice for something I had already paid for.
