I went to mcdonalds in drive through ordered myself a quadruple big mace with no ketchup, no oion, no big mac sauce, no lettuce and guess what I got. A burger with 4 meat patties, cheese, quadruple big mace with no ketchup, no oion, no big mac sauce, no lettuce. Not going to cap best food I have ever had like its super fast and no wait time, honestly whoever put the fries in the bag good job on them give them employee of the month, and give extra big mac sause next time.

Thank... read more I've seen that Jules Howard Lu has been preparing my food ever since I arrived at McDonald's, and I'm grateful to him for the delicious burgers he cooks. Thank you so much, Mr. Lu I went to the drive-through at McDonald's and ordered a double mcrispy deluxe without lettuce. You can guess what I received. A burger without lettuce that has 2 fresh and delicious chicken patties Overall I praise Jules for giving me this invaluable experience. This young talented employee definitely deserves employee of the month after this promotion worthy performance

Keep in mind I threw up just from tasting it and the employees did nothing about it because so I will just stick to ordering from Ellenbrook it tastes way better there and they are quick to get your food. All the drive through cars keep driving out meanwhile we sit inside waiting over 15 minutes. Finally the food comes to the table, no napkins, no customer recovery for taking so long, not the kids fault but i tell him it's taken over 15 minutes, he just looks at me wondering what to do next.
