I was surprised to find that, despite being redecorated, the venue hasn't changed much since reopening.
Warmest welcome. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the service was impeccable. The food was absolutely delicious - every dish was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend trying the steak, as it was cooked to perfection. Overall, Lost Society is a must-visit for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.
Went out with some friends for my birthday on Saturday 24 October. Dropped in to Lost Society as we were bar-hopping. What a great little find! The acoustic music was just perfect. The service and best of all the food was amazing - thanks Chef! I'm still thinking of the chocolate fudge .... Thanks to you all for a wonderful evening.
Popped into here for a wine and some 'tapas or share plates' before the Rolling Stones concert. What a let down. The food was downright awful and we didn't fell well after. We ordered, Bianca Bread (flat bread pizza size (genersour for the price) but look like it was just brushed with olive oil and some pepper before serving with EVOO and balsamic and it seemed stale. Very very dry...Also ordered Arincini balls. Probably the nicest thing on the table but no sauce or anything to add. Haloumi mini spring rolls (literally a piece of haloumi wrapped in filo parcel or wonton wrapper and deep fried). Came with a fruit chutney but the wraps were extremely bland. Also order Polenta fries. Shapes were great, outside coating was crisp and firm but again, bland! Kind of really disappointed in this place. I work nearby and we've been for drinks which have been nice but I would never eat here again. Sorry...
