This was our third visit here the food was very nice as it was previously. However the service was terrible we waited for over 50 minutes before getting our entrees we only got them after complaining about the wait. The restaurant was less than half full to wait that long for a bowl of soup is ridiculous.
This is a reasonable sized restaurant catering for quick informal Vietnamese food. For what it is it is excellent. Our meals were generously sized and very tasty. The menu range is extensive. Service was good. We will return.
I had an amazing experience at Lido restaurant in Northbridge. My friends had recommended me this restaurant and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The food was AMAZING. DIVINE. The workers were extremely polite and the atmosphere was so cozy. Overall loved the experience and will definitely continue to support this amazing restaurant.
The food is decent, but nothing extraordinary. The pricing is fair. The service is pleasant and efficient.
I am still in shock from my experience at LIDO Restaurant in North Bridge this evening 26/06/21 at 6.45 pm. I was asked to leave because I took too long to place my take-away order and even though I was apologetic , I was told to leave, quote I accept your apologies, but I 'm still not serving you because you 've taken too long to decide and if you don 't get out I 'll come round and drag you out WOW! it took 8 mins max. to decide on a Goat Curry . Lido I have frequent your restaurant for years and had only earlier sung GOOD praises of your restaurant, its food and service to my friend who had ordered her and my partners meals before my arrival from next door. My friends had already decided and paid for one of the meals minutes before, all I asked was that I be allowed to choose a meal for myself before finalising the account which stood at $14.95 for my partners SEAFOOD LAKSA before the incident . Other than these few words spoken and my apologies for being too slow in deciding, nothing else was said by me as I stood in silently contemplating perusing the menu, which I have to say is excellent by the way , but MY GOD what BAD BEHAVIOUR!. What was that all about? was this person a manager I 'm guessing he was someone in authority to behave in this manner Was he HAVING a BAD Day? Either way ,It was intimidating, and unappreciated experience to say the lease, a behaviour that does not belong in our Hospitality industry an industry I 've served in for over 30 years when on establishment behaves in this manner towards its customers, its time to reassess your business model, as this will only lead to the slow downward spiral to ones business. To conclude LIDO, I for one will NEVER be visiting your establishment again and I will strongly advise my friends and those who care to listen not to do so either.. Regards Keith
