Very consistent quality of desserts. Not a large food menu but it is always guaranteed to be good. Great selection of chocolate drinks to have. Lovely ambience and wait staff are always hospitable. View all feedback.
What Kerri McGovern dislikes about Koko Black:
I received a dry and stale choc brownie which was disappointing. I provided feedback to the waitress who said she made them today. My friend had enquired with another staff member who said the brownies were at least 3 days old. No recovery strategy was offered. Don't touch the brownies!! View all feedback.
The ambience was really nice ....lovely decor...the chocolates were just amazing....staff was kind ,friendly and patient inspite of the time v were taking in deciding which flavors of chocolates v wanted...one star less for the limited variety in the dessert bar...overall good place to visit.Visited the place a second time and tried the black forest gateau which was absolutely awesome .... the best dessert I have had so far...I also tried the hazelnut gateau which was not very great .
Toasts are good and especially the ladies are so nice! Thanks for the serving on a crazy windy and cold day! Can’t believe this is summer in Perth, but the serving here warmed me up!
This place is amazing. A little pricy. but considering location, vibe and looks its worth it. Will definitely come back for more. Can not wait!
