Tremendous coffee. And the home made caramel slice is delicious, considering the twin turn offs of 'dairy free' and 'gluten free' this little piece truly rocks.

Grabbed a toasted sandwich from the cabinet and an iced latte. Both were pretty decent. I'd recommend only coming here for a takeaway as it's pretty cramped, especially during the lunch rush hour.

Consistently good coffee, friendly people and small selection of food but everything i have tried has been good... with the exception of the muffins... they are probably the best i have tried in Perth.

Everyone is so friendly and Zennish ! Its a cool little spot and it smells devine inside.The thing that made me go in is the $10 Coffee and toastie special , its really not bad (coffee too) just need a little dash of HP sauce (and no Im not English at all). Their sandwiches and pastries look great and Im happy to put the strawberry Nutella muffin next on my list. . Love the friendly faces, just what I needed this morning.
