Hi Thai - Perth
Hi Thai
Description
The overall consensus on the restaurant Hi Thai seems to be mixed. Some diners found the food to be just okay, with disappointment in the portion sizes and flavors of certain dishes. The prawn rice paper roll was particularly criticized for lacking prawns and being mostly made up of lettuce. Others, however, enjoyed their meals, with highlights being the beef dish, noodles, and rice. The Seafood Curry Laksa received positive feedback for its spiciness and overall satisfaction, although some wished there was more seafood included. The ambiance of the Enex100 food hall was also noted as a positive aspect by one reviewer. Ultimately, opinions on Hi Thai are varied, with some diners having a positive experience while others were left wanting more.

I love Thai food and I love cooking it myself but today was a disappointment in the quality of food that they charged. The food is over cooked. I asked for fish and got stale crumbed fried chicken. They really need to pick up there act. Will not return.
A RATHER dissapointing lunch at Hi Thai in Enex Perth CBD despite my love for Thai food. Oh, where do I begin? I ordered the $12.90 for 4 dishes: sweet beef, green curry chicken, red curry beef, and spiy squid. The staff wasn't friendly while she dumped all the meat (which included different types of curry sauces cause I ordered both red and green curry) on top of each other, just mixing all of them. While some may argue it looked artistically appealing, it did mess with the flavor as I found all of them tasted the same. To make it worse, the chicken was hard and the beef was chewy it was hard to swallow. Also they probably had a bit too much vegetables in what was supposed to be a meat dish. I didn't think it's worth the $12.90 you paid. Overall I had a really not good experience PS: did anybody else notice they serve fork and knife for a rice dish..
I think I probably had my last ever Hi Thai meal here today. Firstly and most importantly the prices are just too hard to swallow, not really sure how a small combo can rack up $12 with no noodles or rice. Dont think I get the real thai experience here from the food. Seafood vegetables are almost just crappy crab meat and sweet and sour just sweet and lame. Unfortunately a little dissapointing.
Terrible. reispapier rolls bland and missing textur. the rice paper was clear to wound and crowded, so that the rolls completely fall apart as soon as I took it, I had to eat it with a fork! very disappointing eating, and to distribute it from terrible service. the woman who served me had a mouthful of food when she asked me what I wanted, and then cast off the rolls before she demanded the money. no smile and no service. incredibly rude. only came here because roll’d was closed will never be again.
