What Sybarite likes about Gramercy Bar and Kitchen:
I found it quite strange that we were neither offered another glass of wine (empty glass was just taken away), nor dessert nor coffees! Other than that, service was pleasant, we were sort of left to our own devices alone in the restaurant area. We both had the chicken and prosciutto salad. I would have preferred if they had mentioned in the menu that the prosciutto was going to be cooked, and put more of it and more... View all feedback. What Lacy Schumm doesn't like about Gramercy Bar and Kitchen:
Great location.. shame about the food. .
After telling the waitress about the yuk food the manager was over in a flash. He refunded the money despite us declining. . but we were still left with a bad taste.
He tried his best to make amends however I won't be going back. View all feedback.

read moreGramercy is a centrally located restaurant with potential for a great dining experience. While some dishes such as the chicken parmigiana received high praise, others like the chili mussels were too spicy. However, the staff was accommodating and quick to address any issues. The ambiance was noted to be a bit loud, especially during weekdays, but the view of Central Park and surrounding areas added to the charm. Furthermore, Gramercy offers a happy hour with affordable drinks and a buzzing atmosphere. The food menu includes pub grub favorites like sausage rolls and fish and chips, along with daily specials at a good value. The efficient staff, good selection of drinks, and swift service contribute to an overall enjoyable experience. Despite some minor drawbacks, Gramercy seems to offer a pleasant setting for a casual meal and drinks in the heart of the city.
