They'll let you taste before you buy and are quite accommodating and knowledgeable on dietary requirements, in our case gluten-free coeliac disease.Gelare is a bit old hat as a concept particularly when you consider all the trendy new alternatives such as gelato and froyo bars. But this place is nice enough and on a hot summer's night, the view down Mends St to the river and CBD is simply magic. Take an icecream down to the foreshore and take it all in.
