Efficient staff, very welcoming, choose your table, very clean, the food is excellent, constant tea pots being filled up without you asking at no extra cost! They ask you before mains is being served if you are ready! Cannot fault this place!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Forest Lakes Chinese Restaurant:
satay bark was watery and tasted like generic curry. no trace of odours, but full of cauliflower and wobble. there might have been 5 thin bark pieces throughout the court. the sweet and acidic sauce was not better and was so watered that the feed water would probably have tasted better. Food came out quickly and very tasty. My fav is rubbish chicken, apple beef, and golden salted egg yolk squid. I saw every other table ordered rubbish chicken too. Owner is friendly, quick service, parking is easy and free. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I live nearby and frequently dine in or order takeout from this restaurant. The staff always provide excellent service and the food is consistently delicious. I highly recommend trying their SALTED EGG dishes, as they are truly exceptional.

Mee Jawa is my favourite in this restaurant. The indonesian style ribs is good. Penang Hokkien praen mee is above ave. Mee goreng also very tasty.Service was always friendly from the lady. the serving portion is the best. Go try
