Definitely a different take to ramen with its unique broths. We ordered the Midnight Sun and the Umami Bomb. They offer free noodle top up and the service is friendly and helpful in terms of offering to add more soup base if too salty. The flavours of each broth was delicious, thick and full of flavour. the perfect rabe should warm up your soul. it rained outside when I entered, so I hoped for it. unfortunately it didn't warm my dark soul, but it heated my breath. tasty chicken and seasoned, but the noodles were underused and the broth lacked something. it had 3 types of seaweed in the one court I thought was great!
