What Eden Rodriguez doesn't like about E-Sense On Adelaide Terrace:
It was 10am and I requested a club sandwich and the female behind the counter said no you cannot order that item as it is a lunchtime item. That was it. Then as I was waiting for my coffee I saw that other people were ordering toasted sandwiches. Customer service here is really under satisfactory and unprofessional. View all feedback. read moreE-Sence cafe seems to receive mixed reviews from customers. While some have complained about the slow service and poor customer service, others have raved about the great coffee and delicious food. Some customers were unhappy about being charged extra for cashless transactions, while others praised the friendly staff and local following of the cafe. Overall, E-Sence appears to have a loyal customer base despite some shortcomings in service.
