What Dolly Rutherford doesn't like about Durty Nelly's Irish Pub:
Knees-up, noisy, cheap pub dinner. Lots of fun here. There were only six of us and although we ordered food at the same time on the same table number, it wasn’t well timed, and one of us didn’t get her meal until after we had all finished. The staff were apologetic but still, a bit deflating when you go out to dinner with friends. The bar snacks seemed more appetising than the meals, although the steak was it bad for... Gluten free and very accommodating. I had the fish daily special. Very yummy but needed to be a bit bigger serve and more sauce. Sauce could of had a bit more zing. Fish cooked perfectly, patty very tasty. 10yr old didn’t like the look of anything on kids menu (boring and plain food) so had a pizza and took ½ home. She said it was awesome. Staff amazing. read moreThe Irish-themed pub in Perth offers a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of beers on tap to choose from. While some dishes like the leek and potato soup left something to be desired, other menu items such as garlic prawns and pies were a hit. With a wide range of options, customers can enjoy traditional Irish classics alongside Aussie favorites. The Sunday Roast may have fallen short for some, but the fillet steak was a winner. The pub boasts a cozy vibe and good service, making it perfect for a laid-back dining experience. From solid pub food to special deals like Pizza Night, this establishment has something for everyone. The authentic decor and menu offerings set it apart from typical Irish pubs, offering unexpected delights like the Lamb Shank and Bacon Pie. Overall, a great spot for a relaxed meal and drinks, with the potential for future visits to try more dishes from the extensive menu.
