Amazing!. This food truck is amazing, I love the food on offer... the coxinha and the choripan are delicious and full of flavour. The pudim (which is a desert) is so good, one of my favourite deserts!! Please come and check out this wonderful food truck, View all feedback.
What Savannah Howell dislikes about Comida do Sul:
These guys are unfortunately going downhill in portion size and service. This is the third time I have ordered from the truck and it is tasty but overpriced. Most recently ordered lunch at the WA day festival at Elizabeth Quays. After waiting for 30 mins I asked how much longer it would be and the guy told me maybe an hour. Come on. You STOP taking orders or at least let people know. Will not be buying again unfortun... View all feedback.

A good little food truck offering different food. I love a place that has something a bit different! I had the plate meal (with a name I couldn't pronounce!!! which comes with kale, melt in the mouth beef, casava fries, black beans and rice. Takes a while for your order but then you know it's fresh and it's worth the wait. Good stuff!
I had lunch here during the ECU Open Day today. My husband ordered the O Mutante and found it pleasant, though it didn’t leave a lasting impression. There were many ingredients, but nothing really stood out. I chose the Choripan, which was quite flavorful. It tasted good, but unfortunately, it kept coming back to me until this evening. We both enjoyed the bread rolls that accompanied our meals. Overall, we thought the service and presentation were excellent, and the prices were quite reasonable.

This food truck was at Elizabeth Quay the afternoon I went there. I've never had Brazilian food before, so decided to try the 'O Mutante', which has all sorts of goodies (including chopped rump steak) inside a really nice long roll. I asked for extra chilli sauce because I like a bit of spice and the food truck guy said it wasn't too spicy. This roll had everything -- flavour, texture, freshness -- and was a perfect size for a light early evening meal. $12. Much cheaper than eating at the hotel where I was staying ;-)
We happened across Comida Do Sul at Kings Park and were so glad we did. We had the Prato Feito and the Mutante sandwich. Both were delicious. Not your typical food from a van, really fresh and tasty.
Authentic, delicious and well-priced. I always keep an eye-out on Facebook to watch where these guys are at! Their coxinhas make me very, very happy.
