Description

Located in Perth's CBD, this kebab joint offers a pleasant outdoor dining experience under the plane trees on Murray Street. Customers can enjoy tasty doner kebabs with nicely toasted bread, crispy hot and salty chips, and friendly service at reasonable prices. While some may find the meat on the kebabs to be on the drier side and the garlic sauce tasting more like mint sauce, the overall taste is still considered a gem by many. Despite a minor pricing discrepancy and occasional lack of cheese, this spot remains highly rated for its consistently delicious food, with special praise for their unique bread. If you're in the mood for a satisfying and flavorful meal, this kebab place in Perth's bustling CBD is a solid choice.

Bad service and pricey but in terms of taste this is a gem! I walked pass by this store plenty time but eventually decided to give it a shot and man oh man their doner kebab with satay and sweet chilli sauce literally blew my tastebud! Amazing, thick and juicy lamb & beef meat! Pricey because you paid $11 for a standard size kebab with meats, lettuce, onion, and tomato. $13 if you add egg and cheese. That's it. Bad service because I said I want the doner kebab, full stop, not with egg or cheese. And only after I paid via paypass and waited for a while I realised that I was charged $13 instead of $11. So I asked $13 was with cheese and egg right? He said yes of course. I bought for takeaway and when I reached my table and I ate the kebab: there was no cheese! No cheese!! Nevertheless, despite that, I have to admit that it is one hell of a tasty kebab. So here's the breakdown of my rating 4 for tastiness, minus 0.5 for bad service and taking my $2, minus 0.5 for value for money.

Chips were crispy hot and salty, which is exactly what you want. The kebab was large and generous, however, the meat was majority the crispier slightly drier bits and not the plump juicy pieces of chicken. I got garlic sauce and I felt like there was no garlic taste at all. It tasted like mint sauce and it overpowered the kebab. The staff are really upbeat which is nice to see!
