Friendly service, the staff always greet you when you walk in the door. Coffee needs more consistency. I love their banana bread, makes me drool writing about this.

Came here to try a mid-morning coffee and toastie. They took waaay to long to prepare both and I was late for work. Must have waited over 15-20min. Food was average and too expensive for what it was. Probably not going to visit again sorry.
Best coffee in perth ! Very lovely staff as well .. a must for coffee lovers. Do yourself a favour if you love good coffee and excellent service
They are open on a Sunday!!! Try the big breakfast, only available Sunday I believe. They use a special bleed of coffee; Alice estate, Primaveral and Yirgzero.
Bank is a pleasant small coffee shop in hay street down in direction victoria avenue, very small but comfortable inside – also with the necessary benches! They also have a few crooks with hocus and on a sunny winter day in perth, which seemed to sit a good place and watch as I was on my coffee.
Amazing coffee and good food (we had the toasties n muffin) service was excellent with friendly staff and fast service would definitely go back there and recommend our friends!
