I hope that the management would take customer feedback seriously instead of disregarding the constructive comments and responding arrogantly at times. On two occasions, my order was incorrect and the food was cold. When I brought the issue to the staff's attention, I received no apology. Instead, they offered to refund my payment, which surprised me as I just wanted my food as ordered. Additionally, my second order had an excessive amount of sauce, which seemed like a deliberate retaliation for my previous complaint. Due to these experiences, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Wasn't as good as expected. Pattie was small, taste of the burger was just ok.Chicken fillet (side) had been sitting for a while and was really soggy.Maybe it was because it was a Friday night? Didn't appear to busy though

Burgers were absolutely delicious!I ordered the hot chick and a porky Mac. The burger was full of flavour, and presented very nicely, and the porky Mac was nice and flavoursome.The workers were so kind and patient, especially when I was choosing between fries or mac n cheese.Overall, great manners from staff and absolutely amazing food! love it.

Hey guys I’m putting this up for the sole Purpose you take this constructively to make yourselves better as you have a Great product. You have been let down by 3 Weeks in a row by ordering online and there is always mistake. Out of 4 burgers a minimum of 2 3 that’s 50 75% mistakes on average. Double checking the order or maybe having the server check before handing them over to optimise time and staff. Your bun bases are making your burgers cold. Wherever you are storing these they are making the overall burger significantly cold. By cold I mean I am there 5 min early waiting to get them fresh in person and at this point the bun (base especially) is fridge temp. Simple fixes could elevate the product but you are being let down. Happy to be contacted if you want to reach out.

Pricey for a chicken burger $17 but nice. Quiet and pleasant shop. I still think some of these places should throw in some chips at the price of a burger then maccas and his wouldn't be my main go to.
