Garum - Perth (WA)

We were greeted with a smile and quickly sitting and cocktails ordered. the neger was suitable dry and the amaretto sour. very tasty. the starters were zucchini mehle and kingfish crevice. very nice to begin. the crevice was really melted in the mouth stuffing. we went to the main thing, so we had no pasta court, but those around us looked pretty good. our main was to share an Italian sausage. beautiful aroma with pine nuts. can see why the old Romans liked it. the personal arranged for a birthday candle to my wife dessert. that was a wonderfully lemony lemon cake. I expected a dessert with berries in it. the blueberries were still frozen on the side. the baked was very light and the vanillegelato was lovely.

We enjoyed everything about our experience in garum, delicious eating with home made bread, shared entrees and desserts. the portion sizes were excellent before location and tge service.

Good first experience in garum for a group of 4. Loved the ambiente and the spaciousness of the place eating was overall good, portion size enough to share the tits (royal fish, skalopps, zucchini flowers and carved brokkoli) were excellent married both by taste and by texture. no mistake here clam tagliolini was delicious, although a little too dry for us we felt that the dish would have made better with more olive oil to coat the pasta we liked the pork ragu tonnarelli better, because it had only enough sos for the amount of pasta, what al dente was done and the amount of mint was decent nucleus, so we all had a mouthful. insecure, which meat cut was used as the meat was quite solid, it was medium-sized rare. we had the feeling that it could have happened with a little more seasoning, and the peperonata served with the steak was an acquired taste of the roast pork bell was well made, meat still moist and crispy crispy. the accompanying mint sauce was very different, as we are all more used to having this kind of sauce with heavier carrots like lamb. the radicchio had a bitter taste and the texture seemed as if it was first fired in hot water and then grilled. although the combination of minze and raddichio was not our cup tee, we found the black even tasty tiramisu and semifreddo for dessert our experience completed, both were very good the service was somewhat slow but understandable given the current situation. personal was personal and polite we will return again.

Delicious pasta and food as a whole. the service was fast even though it was a bigger group. only mistake is that some of the aperitivo food specialties are half price because the amount is smaller a little misleading. no refills on the water during our meal. a great experience yet and highly recommended!

What a great restaurant. Food was amazing, made up for the 1st night waitress we had, pretty perfect though. Would definately recommend for a special night out.
