The portions were good and generous. The restaurant had a nice bustling atmosphere. We felt a little rushed to order our food and drinks together when we weren't quite ready, but the service was friendly.

Pros: The barramundi was exceptional, really well cooked and great value Wine choices were OK They weren't busy Cons: All of the food came at once, starters and mains so we had a table full of food (unusual) A couple of the dishes (prawns, fish and chips) had way too much batter The service was odd, despite us being one of two tables eating our water was never topped up unless we asked and the empty (except for all the batter) plates stayed in front of us for ages before being cleared Also overheard the staff saying they needed more help on Fridays and that they couldn't wait to go on a smoking break. Also got kicked off the table at 2pm despite buying a bottle of wine around 1.45pm, with no-one saying they were closing Maybe caught them on a bad day, but have wanted to come here for a while and was very disappointed all up.

Even though we arrived late to the restaurant because of heavy traffic, the staff was polite and supportive, promising us that we would have enough time before the show began to savor our meal. And indeed, we enjoyed it - beautifully presented and delicious.

The option for a two-course meal at a fixed price was a fantastic deal. The service was excellent and very quick. The drinks were delicious and presented in beautiful glassware. A very enjoyable experience before heading to the ballet.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. You can enjoy two courses for just $49, making it a great choice for a pre-ballet meal. The atmosphere is also wonderful.
