Vegetarian options: There were plenty of choices available for our vegetarian friends. Parking: Finding street parking was easy, and there was also a Wilson parking garage just a short walk away. We were there for my husband birthday celebration. It was my 2nd time and my husband 1st time to Will St. The food and beverage is always nice. The one that I want to highlight is our wait table Joy, she is very friendly, caring, and goes above and beyond compare to other staff. We had our first dish out and we requested to get our rice out as well with another staff, waited for long until we asked Joy, and she prepare the rice and bring straight out to us. After meals done we were ordering dessert with another staff, waited for good 20 minutes where Wed night is not that busy. We asked Joy again, she straight away check with the kitchen and notice that the order was missed by the chef. She update us what has happened and convince us that the food being prepare now and will be out shortly. After she also offer the dessert will be compliment. Shout out to her, her service make everything Ok. Thanks Joy

Best Tuesday night dinner out in a while! All dishes were scrumptious, well balanced with flavours and textures. Standout dishes were kingfish, scallops, karaage, Indonesian ronde. Service by our waitress was impeccable; attentive, friendly and funny. Well set out restaurant too; open, airy, modern. What's there not to love? Will certainly be back for more Will St! I frequent Mama San in Bali and got excited when Will St opened in Perth. I love their betel leaf dish, chicken karaage is amazing The scallops are flavoursome and original Love the yellow fish curry and their Sunray Cocktail are amazing. I think its their take on spicy margarita. If you love spicy margarita as much as i do, get yourself this Sunray cocktail! Desserts, we tried the yuzu granita with black sesame, pistachio ice cream and tres leches Everything is so flavoursome i cant pick a favourite!
