Vegetarian options: There were plenty of choices available for our vegetarian friends. Parking: Finding street parking was easy, and there was also a Wilson parking garage just a short walk away. Best Tuesday night dinner out in a while! All dishes were scrumptious, well balanced with flavours and textures. Standout dishes were kingfish, scallops, karaage, Indonesian ronde. Service by our waitress was impeccable; attentive, friendly and funny. Well set out restaurant too; open, airy, modern. What's there not to love? Will certainly be back for more Will St! I frequent Mama San in Bali and got excited when Will St opened in Perth. I love their betel leaf dish, chicken karaage is amazing The scallops are flavoursome and original Love the yellow fish curry and their Sunray Cocktail are amazing. I think its their take on spicy margarita. If you love spicy margarita as much as i do, get yourself this Sunray cocktail! Desserts, we tried the yuzu granita with black sesame, pistachio ice cream and tres leches Everything is so flavoursome i cant pick a favourite!
