The ebi prawns were a highlight, along with all the other dishes. There’s also a fantastic selection of alcoholic beverages. Despite being short-staffed that day, the team was attentive and quick to respond. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was excellent, from the food to the service—truly faultless. This time, I had a better table, which made a significant difference, so I’m giving an extra star for that. I was excited to try this restaurant, and while the food was decent, the portion sizes (except for the salmon) were quite small considering the prices. It may not be the best Japanese spot in Perth, but the service was very prompt. One downside was being seated near the entrance, where impatient Uber drivers picking up takeout kept bothering the waitstaff. This put a bit of a damper on the overall dining experience.

I appreciated receiving an email at every stage of the booking process—such a thoughtful touch! The service was very attentive, and the food presentation was impressive. I particularly enjoyed the duck with eggplant in Madeira sauce; it was incredibly tender, though I wished there had been a bit more of it. The same goes for the sashimi, which felt a bit pricey for the portion size. However, the flavors were outstanding with highlights like the wagyu beef tataki, blue spot emperor, and dessert. Overall, it made for a great date night meal.
