Everyone... read more My daughter had her wedding there on Oct 21 2023. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff couldn't have done more for us to make the day perfect. Everyone from the hotel staff to the wait staff were incredible! The ladies bartending the reception were top notch. I think they had as much fun as the guests did.Great job and thank you. I feel like I need to warn people about wasting thei... read more I always look for reviews to help me pick a great place to eat but, this is my first time writing a review. I feel like I need to warn people about wasting their hard earned money here. There are so many MUCH better places to eat in Perth. We gave about 2 weeks notice to booka group table for 20 people. We ended up with 17 people. The service was absolutely terrible. We were so frustrated. Our waitress was impossible to track down the vast majority of the night. I requested my drink 3 times before actually getting it. We were told we couldn 't order any cocktails because they had no syrups for any of the mixed drinks. In the 3.5 hours we were there I was only able to get 2 drinks. The menu is very limited. The food was underwhelming at best. One member of the party got a steak $43) and ordered it medium-rare. The steak came well done and burnt on the outside. It took so long to get the food though that she just scraped off the outside of the steak and ate it. When we tried getting our waitress 's attention when she was standing behind the bar visiting with other staff) she would just look at us and look away. When a member of our party asked for her drink for the third time the waitress just laughed saying Oh, did I still not bring you that? I made it I 'm just not sure where I put it. . We just looked at each other shocked. When our food finally came and we asked for silverware the waitress seemed irritated and said There 's lots of utensils. Pointing to cutlery on the surrounding tables in the restaurant. No apologies for the excruciating wait times or lack of ANY cocktails. The terrible service, barely average food and lack of beverages really put a damper on our celebration. We are all locals and will all be warning people to avoid this place. I wish I was the type of person to not give a tip for terrible service because this waitress did NOT deserve one. Not only did she cost the restaurant a thousand dollars for not serving us the drinks and desserts we would 've otherwise ordered but, we all live locally and will never return. We will also warn people against wasting their money here. Such a shame because it 's an aesthetically pleasing restaurant in a convenient location. What a disappointing night. It 's so hard to get everyone together.

I had a small sizeceaser salad, it was delicious, but my favorite part of my meal was the Flatbread Bruschetta, it's the best bruchetta I haveever had!! We also loved that the inside dinning had AC, especially on a hot day from walking around down town, and all of thestaff were super friendly, excellent customer service, the restaurant is very beautiful.

Really a... read more Stayed at the Beat Western and had dinner at the Locks Perth. The night we were there we were lucky and they had a live musician playing during dinner. Really added to the ambiance of the evening. The food is delicious, service is friendly the decor isbeautiful and there is a good selection of menu items. Breakfast is served in the adjacent room to the Locks. Breakfast wasgood as well.
