Definitely a 5, every dish taste different (not all the same) because they use fresh ingredients and different ways of cooking the dishes wok, grill, steam. Little pricier then other 'Chinese/Thai ' in the area but worth the it. View all feedback.

We got some food for the Chinese new year. Singapore noodles and their best seller : crispy chicken in cream. The chicken in cream was basically chicken on coleslaw. The Singapore noodles were bland. The summer rolls had HALF shrimps on them with no Thai basil. The peanut sauce had no peanuts in it. It seems that those looking for authenticity will not find it here. I won 't be back. I feel sick. It's definitely hot. Omg. Good stuff. I looked like I was in a sauna when I was done.
Great place for take out if you're craving Thai or Chinese. Love the options of the dishes. I love the pad thai, and the combo plates. It's a bit pricey, but the best spot in town!

We've ordered from The Hot Wok a few times while staying in Perth. The food is tasty and fragrant, the portion size and price seem to be fairly comparable to similar restaurants I visit in Ottawa. We started with some of their house specialties, Bang Bang Crispy Chicken and Malaysian Chicken Vermicelli, both had interesting flavours and were delicious (we've re-ordered) and tried a few more standards since.
