I completely disagree with Richard's review! The quality and quantity of the food here is truly the best in Perryville. The cheesesteaks are absolutely amazing—I'm convinced you’d have to go to Philadelphia to find a better one. What User doesn't like about Lindy's Market:
Since the longtime manager Lynn was let go, the new manager has raised prices and decreased portion sizes. The soups, which used to be the best in town, are now quite disappointing. It would be great to have Lynn back and restore the restaurant’s former quality, but I don’t think that will happen. View all feedback.
Sandwiches here are horrible and the bread is not fresh.
Loved the cheesesteak, definitely will stop by again
The food is all priced fairly and is pretty decent. I am a fan of almost all of the breakfast sandwiches they have on offer. They also have a decent selection of alcohol. Their selection of cold drinks is a little on the low side, however. Great place for lunch.
The sub sandwiches here are absolutely delicious and rival those from our northern states. The bread is incredibly fresh, and the portions of meat and cheese are generous. I really feel like I got an incredible value for the size of the sandwich. Plus, they sell alcohol and a variety of packaged snacks. What more could you want?
If you find yourself in need of a last-minute cigarette, a six-pack of beer, or something to eat without the effort of cooking, this place is a great option. They offer subs, making it a convenient spot to grab a quick bite. Not a bad choice at all!
