Papa Johns Pizza - Perrysburg

Eventually, the manager informed me that the driver had likely delivered the correct order to my house, but I could have a free pizza as a quality guarantee. I insisted on receiving the pizza I had originally paid for, with the free pizza offered at a later time. The manager then tried to argue that I had received the correct pizza, which was not true. I explained that if the driver had actually come to my house, they would have seen the mistake when opening the box left on my porch. In the end, I was forced to accept the free pizza, even though I was entitled to the correct order I had paid for. The mental gymnastics the manager went through to justify their actions were truly astonishing. In summary, I received the wrong order, was promised a correct order that never arrived, waited an additional 80 minutes, was accused of lying, and then finally received an apology once the mistake was acknowledged. This whole experience showcased incredibly poor customer service.

I had a delicious pizza from Papa John's in Perrysburg last night. The service was excellent, the store was very clean, and I will definitely be getting more pizzas from there in the future.

We are big fans of Papa John's. This is normally our go-to location and the food is usually good. However, the last two times we ordered, we experienced some quality issues. Most recently, in addition to the quality problems, we received someone else's pizza instead of our cheese sticks. It seems like the quality here has declined. We may not return for a while.

I accidentally ordered my crust wrong. Worked it out with the crew and quickly received an updated pizza. Thank you!
