Two of us opted f... read more Initially, we were a bit hesitant since it was the only Asian restaurant in town, and we discovered that the China House only offers carryout. Two of us opted for the buffet while the other two ordered from the menu, and we were all satisfied with our choices. For me, it might have been the best Chinese food I've ever had. I ordered the mixed vegetables with steamed rice, and they custom added tofu for just $4.95—it was absolutely delicious! The experience started off a bit rocky when the staff member didn't seem to know what MSG was (welcome to central Georgia!), and she mentioned that the others working there didn't speak enough English to understand it either. However, it turned out to be a non-issue since they didn’t use MSG, and the meal was fantastic.

I can't express how wonderful everything was! Honestly, if I could rate it higher than excellent, I would. After returning home to the DFW area, I immediately started searching for a similar buffet nearby and found one in Carrollton, TX. I really hope it lives up to my expectations because I plan to go there soon!
