Fantastic food ! Went for dinner and got the Sour Beef and dumplings, with sampler platter. Was so good !! Nick our server was wonderful definitely coming back.White Sangria was on point too

We got a crab pretzel beer battered pretzels grilled cheese and a Mac and cheese for a okay price however the grilled cheese was one of the best I have ever had with lots of butter on it The crab pretzel was delicious , beer battered chicken tenders which I had previously had where good also the service was just good overall .

It had been almost to 10 years since I last visited, but the vibe is still the same. Friendly family atmosphere and good food. My son LOVED the kids ribs meal. One criticism was that after we arrived, the host welcomed us and proceeded to take a phone call and take a very long order while we waited to be seated.

It’s been a long time since Ive had anything from Silver Spring and I normally eat at the Hunt Valley location. I’ve wanted sour beef and dumplings for a long time but it’s not easy to find. Last night I was looking on Grub Hub and this location popped up for delivery. I of course had the sour beef and it was out of this world. The gravy is a little stronger than mrs minnicks but it’s just as good if not better. Even the the side of slaw was great! My 5 year old got the chicken strips which were honestly like the best we’ve ever had. I know chicken strips are nothing special but these truly are! They’re fried tempura style and they are so so good! My son even loved the little dinner rolls that came with the meal. We split the rice pudding and we both LOVED that as well. The crispy shell is delicious and so is the creamy topping. I will definitely order again!

Was pleased with the whole experience from entering the establishment and our waitress was very hospitable. Even the clearing of our table was great so we could have room to socialize with family on Mothers Day! Oh and the food was good!
