I always select the toasted option and even write in... read more I’ve consistently had issues with this place because they don’t seem to pay attention to the instructions. I always select the toasted option and even write in the notes to please toast my order, but they never do. I've called to ask them to be more careful, but every time, it’s the same problem. They just don’t read the instructions properly. I would give them zero stars if I could.

She acted upset when I asked for extra lettuce and ranch, even though I had just been discharged from the hospital and thought I’d treat my kid to Subway since I usually order from here online. I’m sure Angelica will be pleased to know that I will never order from this location again. She always seems bothered, but I’ve never complained until today when she was outright rude and sarcastic. Keep your sarcasm and rudeness to yourself, young lady. I hope no one ever treats you the way you treated me for no reason.

Some s... read more I've recently started coming here since I had never tried Subway before. The food is genuinely good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Some staff members are very friendly and patient when adding ingredients, but others seem to have an attitude throughout the entire sandwich-making process.
