When I pointed out that I didn't request ham, they didn't seem to care. I'm really unhappy with this experience.

I ordered the Philly ch... read more The meat portions were quite meager. At first, I thought they had forgotten to add the meat because it was so sparse and hard to notice. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, but the spicy Italian had a generous amount of meat and was delicious. Unfortunately, the turkey sandwich also had a scant amount of meat.

Unfortunately, I ended... read more On May 27, 2021, I visited this Subway location and ordered a chicken bacon ranch, which is my usual choice at other Subway restaurants. Unfortunately, I ended up with food poisoning from this visit. Even now, my stomach pain hasn't subsided. I'm not sure if it was caused by the meat or the vegetables, but something must have been expired. Avoid eating here.

She clearly needs tr... read more On May 25, I visited this Subway and was very disappointed with the customer service. A staff member named Abby was rude and disrespectful. She clearly needs training on how to interact with customers properly. I waited in line for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When I finally spoke up, Abby told me I was in the wrong line. They could have easily informed me sooner instead of ignoring me. Rather than listening or understanding, she made assumptions. I will not be returning to this location. The service was very disappointing, and I agree with the negative reviews.

As a former Subway employee, I can tell this location seriously needs new staff or proper retraining. My sandwiches were never warm or crispy—sometimes I even had to eat them in my car under a tree because they weren't enjoyable. They were always made sloppy and poorly put together, with noticeably skimpy meat portions. I definitely don’t recommend this place. Save your money and either go somewhere else or make your sandwiches at home. It’s just not worth it.
