Searching through Trip Advisor for somewhere to eat in Perpignan I was attracted by the positive reviews. On entering the restaurant at a little after midday I asked the waiter why the place was empty to which he informed me that it was a place where people came to eat in the evenings. One of the best Asian restaurants. A real Vietnamese cuisine that is delicate and full of flavors... You can close your eyes... Bravo!!!!
