The lamb couscous from the chef, who is also the boss's companion, was a delight with its magnificent tender lamb shank, its homemade harissa broth and its fine and light grain... the service provided by the boss was perfect , advice on wine and explanations on the dishes served were welcome... for dessert the royal tea ended the meal perfectly, the makroud was delicious although a tad small, and the sorbets which accompanied it absolutely delicious... in short to recommend.
