This place hasn't changed since, and I can say I've made some trips. I think we're going to go back very quickly. Super hotel, great meals and most charming staff. The parsnip velouté as a starter was delightful, followed by quince paste and meringues to accompany the coffee. Beautiful, traditional cuisine. Impeccable service with smiling and professional staff. The charming little headdresses enhance the authenticity of this exceptional, history-laden establishment.
