We were seven pers for lunch in this traditional hotel-restaurant with a medieval setting. The hotel offers fresh and quality products. Meat and fish are tender and mellow. The bite sauce is composed of whole bits. The gratin dish was delicious, just like desserts. It's a very nice gustative surprise! I recommend this address for lovers of good French cuisine
Very good table and pleasant service in a rustic but refined setting, to be recommended: the panacea of Peruges: omelette rolled with bits and mushrooms, dotted with a shrimp backs. A high-end accessible in a place and an exceptional medieval setting
Very nice hotel distributed in several houses. Classified historic monument. Stairs a little steep to access certain rooms. Watch the big suitcases. Sound insulation to see again, even if the hotel is quiet. You can hear the water descents (at least in the room where I was). Excellent restaurant.
