This is a fantastic ice cream shop located in a charming historic building, open until 9 PM on certain nights. The brown butter bourbon truffle, vanilla fudge, and salted caramel flavors were all outstanding and packed with flavor. While the staff could have been a bit friendlier, it's possible she was just weary from a long day, especially since we visited later in the evening. Overall, a wonderful experience! My family enjoys hickory stick for their quality ice cream tasty and dole whip in the summer months. the atmosphere is friendly and there are many possibilities. the only side is a small parking space and the load can be very busy. waiting for a parking space in the partie makes the tasty taste so much better if we can finally park.
Stepping into this restored schoolhouse feels like taking a trip back in time, especially when you're there for an evening ice cream treat. They offer more than just ice cream; you can also find water ice, coffee, and some light snacks. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, making it easy to grab a treat and go. There's plenty of seating if you arrive early enough, although the parking lot fills up quickly. I noticed several people parking along the road, so plan accordingly!
This place is audacious. On the two scoop ice cream cone, the scoops were small, the top scoop was only half a scoop and cost $6.36. When checking out the cashier flashed a sign in my face that asked if I wanted to leave a $1.00, $2.00, or $3.00 tip? They don't even charge that price at Peddler's Village, and they give full scoops.
The staff is consistently fantastic, and the kids really enjoy the ice cream. Occasionally, there’s live music outside. They also contribute to the local community, hosting fundraisers for the elementary school and summer reading programs for students.
