The staff is well educated about the product. It makes sense why they are busy due to their amazing customer service. I highly recommend HOL. I will not go any where but HOL from now on.

As I ap... read more I stopped by the store to order a tea, but my experience was quite disappointing. There were three employees present, yet none acknowledged my presence. As I approached the counter, two of them disappeared into the back room, while the third remained at the register without greeting me. After waiting a few minutes, one of the girls finally emerged from the back and asked for my order. I placed my drink order and paid, but the girl at the register handed it to me without saying a word—no "Thank you" or "Have a nice day"—nothing at all. I decided to reach out through Facebook to share my experience and express my disappointment in the lack of customer service, but I received no response. Once again, I felt ignored and unacknowledged. Because of this, I will not be returning to HOL.
