After visiting the old historical General store museum around 2pm we passed by La Vieille Usine to have a pinte of beer and eat something. We were seated in about 15 minutes. Understandably shortage of servers was visible. Our server took our order very fast. Beers arrived very fast. Then we waited about 45 minutes for our soup order. What a GEM! Where do I even start? From a warm welcome by Philip to LIVE music that everyone was foot-tapping to on a Saturday night. Everything that followed kept adding positives to the experience. I am a vegetarian. I have had veggie food almost everywhere in Quebec. I have to say that their vege burger is up there in top 3 vege burgers in Quebec!! A HUGE thanks to the CHEF! The best fish soup I have had in a long long time!!!! The broth was beautiful and big chunks of cod and salmon. An absolute must!!!!

The biggest bar in the Gaspe Peninsula. Also a cultural center with a theater and live music. Art center upstairs. Great beer and good. Auval on tap on occasion...

Great service. Great food must stop by for lunch break or dinner with your family. Wine and dine with great pleasure.
