The attention of the waiters and the service is pleasant and attentive. The room staff; Pau, Manu, Adria and Nisar, welcomed us and treated us with the best of their smiles, giving us very specialized and attentive treatment. We had dinner on the terrace, in the garden of a castle, surrounded by a large lake with ducks and many trees. Dinner was very good, of what we ordered what I liked the most was the eel, with a texture and flavor that really surprised me. We also ordered mini wayú burgers (super juicy), ceviche (top) and for dessert I don't remember the name, but it was a pineapple-shaped ice cream with hot chocolate...speechless. In short, if you want to have a gastronomic experience, it is an ideal place, because of how good the food is, the variety of their own wines, the good service and the atmosphere in which you surround yourself. All very good and very well prepared and presented. (Desserts a little executive for the size). The wine meridage only with wines from their cellar and very well explained.
