What in the world is with “I’m sorry, we don’t do refills here”. I don’t know of any other location that refuses to do refills.

Ordered two daily doubles one daily double was over seasoned with black pepper. like the black pepper machine dumped a pound of black pepper on. And the second daily double was a McChicken did not know when when youasked for two daily doubles they give you one McChicken instead of 2 daily doubles.

Food is not Great here at all. Cold. Breakfasts is the only thing half way decent. Staff is very Friendly though.

Employee stated “If we ruined the whole meal we would replace it”. I must say when you get home 28 minutes later and find the fries missing. The meal is ruined, it makes for an unpleasant customer experience. It so weird to eat a McDonalds burger with out the fries. I asked the employee I spoke with twice to replace the meal and she stated she could only replace the fries because that was their mistake. Again, a very unpleasant experience over all. However I have called corporate and waiting to hear back from Owner Operator of this franchise. I will update as this unfolds.
