The staff were not friendly and did not acknowledge me at all. The woman at the front register at 5:34 PM on June 5th was on a FaceTime call the entire time she was attending to me, as well as the two customers ahead of me and at least one behind me. She didn't engage with anyone except the person on the call. This behavior was very unprofessional. View all feedback.
Please sell this store to Kwik Trip so we can have service again. Coffee machine seem to be out of service always. Very unfriendly workers. Dirty counter tops.
Every cashier I 've ever encountered here has been rude. They never greet you or even speak out loud what your total is. All I get is rewards? and you 're good , which apparently means I can leave now... Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
They need to fire the entire staff and just try again. Went in at 11:00am and the food was 2+ hours past the time to be served. I have worked at a Casey’s for years and have never had such a bad experience. The cashier is rude every time I go inside and clearly has no idea how to do anything. The phone in the food area was ringing the entire time I was inside (about 15 minutes. Everyone just standing around and doing a lot of nothing, I fully understand why this Casey’s has a 2 star review and that’s way to generous.
Place has gone downhill in the past year. Understaffed and dirty. Will not be ordering pizzas from here anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
One of the few places to get food in peosta, never have fresh food. Seen food up to 8 hours old. Workers are standing around haning out. Not sure why they even bother selling any food. All these plants and they could care less if they sell food around their break times. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1
